Directions for BK FIT Slimming Tea:

Use every day or every other day
Drink after or immediately before eating dinner
Place one bag of BK FIT Slimming Tea in a tea cup with handle
Fill coffee cup half way with hot water and let it steep in for 5 minutes (If you want to make it more effective, cover cup and steep for 10 minutes)
Add a small amount honey or lemon for added natural taste, if desired
Drink it when you feel comfortable with the temperature
Do not exceed recommended dose.

Do not use while breast feeding.
